Dr. Donna LittleDoctor of Chiropractic (DC)

During a 4-year Physical Education degree at the University of Western Ontario in London Ontario, Dr. Little acquired two specialties in Fitness and Athletic Injuries. This provided a great background to be equipped to help those with any sports injuries and fitness questions. Movement is such an important part of our health program, and Dr. Little is there to expertly guide you in your health and fitness needs.

After being accepted and completing four years of intensive study and chiropractic internship at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College  in Toronto Ontario, Dr. Little graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Dr Little has been in practice in good standing since 1987. The following years were spent continuing with studies and expanding knowledge and expertise in the area of wellness, paediatrics, fitness, technique and neurology, in order to serve her patients better.

In 1989 Dr Little moved to Kitsilano and in 1994 opened Kitsilano Chiropractic. At Kitsilano Chiropractic we are not only concerned about your symptoms and pain, we are also concerned about your overall health and well-being. We will conduct a thorough consultation and examination to detect the nature and cause of your symptoms if you have them, and also assess the condition of your spine and nervous system. With a knowledge of tonal, structural and neurological assessments, Dr Little will be able to determine the best course of action to help you reach your optimal health potential.

Dr. Little after completing a 350-hour functional neurology diplomate program with the Carrick Institute of Graduate Studies, and completing board examinations is qualified as a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board. The DACNB designation (although not recognized formally as a specialty by the B.C. College of Chiropractors) is shared by only a few chiropractors in Canada. Dr. Little is the only practicing Diplomate in B.C. This is a unique program which offers an exciting program of study in Clinical Neurology. The curriculum is accredited by the American Chiropractic Neurology Board.
